The wok’s bottom and sides consist of a layer of 18/10 stainless steel on the inside and a layer of magnetic stainless steel on the outside. The aluminium sandwiched between the latter two provides optimum, even heat distribution. This means ingredients not only cook faster, more evenly and better, this also saves energy. The wok is suitable for all heat sources. Also handy: the pan is ovenproof up to 250 °C. Clean the wok in the dishwasher after use. Not microwave safe.
