A festive, effervescent, subtly herbed, alcohol-free bubbly exclusively developed for Dille & Kamille on the basis of our own tea blends. This effervescent tea is a ‘cold brew’ made from teas including our white tea Pai Mu Tan, elderflower, camomile, linden blossom and Earl Grey. Serve chilled in a nice champagne flute/glass. Open the bottle carefully. After opening, store chilled (max. 7° C) and use inside 2 days.
Our white effervescent tea is very good as an aperitif or combined with, for example:
- a spring vegetable terrine featuring chervil, fava beans and fresh garden peas
- salad with burrata, grilled peaches and hazelnuts
- sweet-savoury couscous with chicken fillet, raisins, lemon, walnut and fresh mint
- elderflower mousse with strawberries
Tip: decorate the effervescent tea with dried hibiscus blossoms, rose buds and/or lavender (also available at Dille & Kamille).
