Tin of soft, sweet nougat in the flavours almond and pistachio. Nougat is a sweet, originally Mediterranean delicacy. They have been making the tastiest nougat according to a traditional recipe at Belgian family firm ‘Vital Nougat’ since 1926. Copper vats are used to slowly boil honey and sugar, these are subsequently mixed with whipped egg whites, creating delicious soft nougat.
Ingredients: sugar, almond (28%), glucose syrup, pistachio (2%), fructose, honey, invert sugar, wafer paper (potato strarch), egg white, natural flavouring.
