Our Thai blend is fresh, packed with lemongrass, very fragrant and nicely spiced. You can use it in many different recipes, from meat, poultry, fish and shellfish to all kinds of vegetables. Feel free to experiment!

Tip: fry off the curry mix for a minute before adding coconut milk and/or broth.
