Large, glazed terracotta oven dish with two sections. Suitable for all manner of oven dishes, but also fun for serving salads and hot or cold dishes. The oven dish should not be exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations as these may cause the terracotta to crack. You take a filled oven dish from the refrigerator, you should leave the dish to reach room temperature before putting it in a pre-heated oven. Also do not rinse a hot dish under the cold tap. Not dishwasher or freezer proof.
