Stainless steel mandoline

This mandoline allows you to quickly and easily cut vegetables and fruit into thin, even slices or strips (julienne). The mandoline slices at 4 thicknesses. The straight blade allows you to cut wafer thin slices, the toothed julienne blade can be used to create strips. The black knob keeps the vegetable in position whilst slicing, thereby protecting your hands.
