You can also use the ring to present food on a serving dish such as rice. The cake ring is made from strong, stainless steel and does not have a synthetic, non-stick interior. Stainless steel makes a great alternative, is long life and scratch resistant. Tip: grease the interior before use, for instance with butter, then dust with some flour.
