Recycled stainless steel cake/bread tin, 15.5 cm x 8.5 cm

This small cake tin is made from strong recycled stainless steel and is fun for small cakes, rolls or terrines for one. Dille & Kamille sells old-fashioned cake tins with no non-stick coating as the latter are polluting to manufacture and, due to wear, the coating can end up in your cake. Recycled stainless steel makes a great alternative, is long life and scratch resistant. Tip: properly grease the inside of the tin with butter, then dust with flour before use. This will help your baked goods emerge from the pan problem free.
