Pure Rooibos, 75 g

Officially an herbal tea, this "red tea" from the leaves of the African rooibos bush. Rooibos tea has a full, mild flavour. Rooibos naturally contains no theine, so this tea is also great for drinking in the evening. Tip: Add one or more spices for your own personalised rooibos blend. Cinnamon, for example, along with some cloves and ginger.

• Brew with 95 ºC water, allow to brew for 3 - 5 minutes
