Pasta 'linguine' with squid ink from 'Antico Pastifico Morelli'. The squid ink gives the linguine a slightly salty œsea taste and a beautiful black colour: the pasta is beautiful and very tasty with, for exaple, a sauce with prawns.
This traditionally prepared pasta gets its deliciously full flavour from a unique ingredient, the fresh wheat germ - the heart of the wheat grain that is high in vitamins and plant proteins. This germ is often removed from other pastes to extend the shelf life.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water, wheat germ (3,43%), black squid ink (0,86% - ORIGIN: NOT UE). May contain traces of eggs, fish, mustard, soy.
Store in a dry, cool place.
