Pai Mu Tan, White tea, 35 g

Special white tea from China's Fujian province, for which only the best, fluffy "white" leaf buds and first two leaves of the tea bush are picked. These are carefully dried in the sun, resulting in a wonderfully delicate, slightly fresh tea with a gentle nutty aroma. Pai Mu Tan is also lovely to drink with meals.

• 2 teaspoons for 1 cup
• Brew with water at 80 ºC, allow to brew for 4 - 6 minutes
