Organic spicy sprout seed mix

Vegetable sprouts are healthy and super tasty in many dishes, salads and as garnishes. This spicy salad mix comprises Red Daikon (Japanese radish), Rocket, Broccoli and Fenugreek. The sprouts are full of vitamins and minerals as well as having a pleasant, spicy flavour. A healthy delicious addition to many dishes, the sprouts work particularly well as the finishing touch for curries, tacos or satay. Our handy sprouting dish makes it easy to grow this spicy sprout mix yourself. Bon Appetit! Distribute the seeds sparingly across the grid, then fill the sprouting dish with water up to the grid. If necessary, add water daily. For the best results, the sprouting dish should be placed in a fairly light location at room temperature. The sprouts can be harvested and eaten after approximately two weeks.
