Nougat with speculaas spices, 75 g

Deliciously soft, hand-made nougat bar with roast almonds, green pistachios and pungent speculaas herbs. Very tasty with a cup of tea or coffee or as a sweet snack. Nougat is a sweet, originally Mediterranean delicacy. They have been making the tastiest nougat according to a traditional recipe at Belgian family firm ‘Vital Nougat’ since 1926. Copper vats are used to slowly boil honey and sugar, these are subsequently mixed with whipped egg whites, nuts and spices.

Ingredients: sugar, almond 28%, glucose syrup, fructose, speculaas spices 1%, pistachio 1%, honey, invert sugar, wafer paper (potato strarch), egg white.
