Mix for pasta sauce with, among other things, olives and porcini mushrooms to accompany, for example, penne or other pasta. Let 1 tablespoon of del bosco pasta sauce mix simmer gently in a small pan with 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until the water has evaporated. Add the sauce to 100 grams of drained pasta and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top to taste.
