Mix for aïoli, organic, tin, 50 g

Aïoli, also known as 'alioli' in Spanish and 'allioli' in Catalan, is a delicious garlic sauce that is widely eaten across the Mediterranean. The sauce is made with crushed garlic and olive oil and is great with tapas, (roasted) potatoes, all kinds of vegetables, fried fish, meat and prawns.

Make your home-made aïoli extra tasty with our fresh and spicy herb mix. The mix is also great when mixed with mayonnaise or yoghurt. Before using, let the spice mix soak in some hot water for a minute or so.
