Perhaps our favourite, this unique tea from China. Oolong tea is somewhat in between black and green tea in terms of taste. Milky Oolong has a soft and ˜romantic' character thanks to a hint of natural milk aroma.
For this tea, the plucked leaf buds and first two fine leaves are "rolled up": the surprisingly soft and slightly sweet flavour is optimally released as the long leaves unfold in hot water. So use a generous tea infuser, filter or strainer.
- Contents: 75 grams of loose Oolong tea
- Tea number 16
- 1 1/2 teaspoons for 1 cup
- Brew with water at 85 ºC, allow to brew for 4 - 6 minutes
