Coarsely chopped organic liquorice root for brewing a tasty herbal infusion. Liquorice root has a warming and sweet flavour. Drink liquorice tea on its own or mix with other herbs (mint and ginger both pair particularly well with it) and/or green or black tea for a personalised blend.

The rhizome of the liquorice bush has traditionally been used for its delicious, sweet taste, soothing effect on the throat and beneficial effect on digestion.
