Floral honey with an intense, herby flavour. Cold extracted. Use in your tea, yoghurt or dessert. Rosemary honey is also delicious in vinaigrettes and marinades. Bees primarily visit a single type of flower to make this monofloral honey which creates the specific taste and aromas. Not suitable for children under 1. Tip: the natural sugars in honey crystallise over time. This has nothing to do with quality or shelf life. Heat the jar for 15 minutes 'au bain-marie' to max. 40 ˚C to make honey liquid again.
