Flour from 100% organic 'hard' or durum wheat, from windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL). Especially suitable for making your own pasta of various kinds. For ingredients, see "more information" at the bottom of the page. Click here for the preparation method.
To add: 5 eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt.Preparation: pour the flour on a clean work surface, make a mound with a well in the middle and break the eggs into it. Gently beat the eggs with a fork. Then, little by little, mix the flour into the eggs. Once the mixture has reached a thick texture, add the olive oil and salt. Knead the remaining flour in for about 10-15 min, until the mixture becomes a smooth dough ball. Add some water if the dough is too dry, or a little flour if the dough is too moist. Leave the dough ball wrapped in foil or a tea towel to rest for half an hour. The dough is now ready to be made into pasta.
