Guarantee
The legal guarantee applies to all our items. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you have purchased an item where this is not the case, we will provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible. Depending on the item, and in consultation with you, we will do this in the form of a repair or a replacement.
To do so, please send an email to klantenservice@dille-kamille.com containing the following information:
- A photo of the item
- At which store the item was purchased
- Your order number (for online purchases):
- Date of purchase (for in-store purchases):
- Item number and/or item name
- Reason of dissatisfaction
- Whether you would like to receive a new item or get a refund
Is the problem with the item your own fault? Then you are not entitled to free repair or a replacement. Have you used the item normally and it has now simply worn out? You are not entitled to free repair or replacement in this case either.
In addition to the legal guarantee, the manufacturer's warranty also applies to certain items. A manufacturer's warranty is an additional warranty provided by the importer or manufacturer. More information about a possible manufacturer's warranty can be found in the item's documentation. The manufacturer's warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
