Delivery time

  • When will my package be delivered?

    After you order, you will receive an email with a track & trace code that can be used to track your order.

Shipping costs

  • What are the shipping costs?

    There is a minimum order amount of €9.90.

    Shipping is free for orders over €39. For orders under €39, we charge €5.95 for shipping costs. These charges apply to shipping to addresses in the Netherlands.

Delivery and pickup 

  • What delivery options are available?

    We work together with PostNL, UPS, Bicycle Couriers and DHL to deliver parcels. You can choose an address where you want your order delivered to or you can choose a pickup point near you. For more information, please visit our 'Shipping & Delivery' page. 

  • What happens if I am not at home?

    If you are not at home, your package will be delivered to one of your neighbours. If PostNL fails to deliver your parcel after two attempts, they will forward it to a post office near you. For the most up-to-date information about the status of your package, please check the Track & Trace code you will receive in an email from us.

  • Can I collect my order myself?

    Yes, you can have your order delivered to a pickup point of your choice. You can choose this option in Step 2 of the ordering process. Your package will remain available at the service point for two weeks.

  • Can I collect my order in-store?

    Yes! You can have you order delivered to a Dille & Kamille store of your choice. 

Payment options

  • What payment options are available?

    There are multiple easy and secure ways to pay in our online store: iDeal, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Klarna - pay afterwards, PayPal, VVV Giftcard, Dille & Kamille gift card and Huis & Tuin gift card.

Sending and wrapping gifts

  • I want to have a gift delivered 

    In step 2 of the ordering process, you can specify a different delivery address. Here you can enter the delivery information for the person you want to surprise. The price of your purchase will remain hidden from the recipient. We always deliver gifts with a packing slip that has no prices listed and we will send the invoice only to you via the email address provided.

  • Can you gift wrap my order? 

    Unfortunately our gift-wrapping service is not currently available. At the location where our items are gift-wrapped, we cannot guarantee social distancing between employees, and their safety is paramount.

Gift cards and discount codes

  • Where can I enter my discount code?

    In the shopping cart before entering any other information.

  • How can I pay with a gift card?

    The Dille and Kamille gift card is one of the payment methods available at step 3 of the ordering process. If you do not have enough balance on your gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using iDEAL and/or credit/debit card.

  • Can I use multiple gift cards at the same time?

    Yes, you can! Enter the gift card, enter the codes and add your bank card.

  • I am unable to redeem the gift card

    Have you entered the gift card code correctly? Have you used the PIN (under the scratch-off layer) on the back of the gift card?

Account

  • Can I create a Dille & Kamille account?

    Yes, you can! After entering your information, you can choose whether you want to create an account. Create a password and your Dille & Kamille
    account will be ready!

  • Can I also order without an account?

    You can! With every order you have the option of choosing whether to log in, even if you have an account.

  • I don't remember my password, can I still order? 

    Yes, you can use the 'forgot password' function or simply enter your details in the first step of the ordering process.

Returns

  • How much do returns cost?

    In most cases a return via PostNL costs €6.95. This price depends on the weight of the parcel being returned. The return cost goes up to €13.95 if the package weighs more than 10 kg. We will refund you the total purchase price (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

  • How and until when can I return an order?

    Your purchase(s) can (in full or in part) be returned to us within 100 days of receiving your order. You can return the unwanted item yourself to our central warehouse. You can also return items at a Dille & Kamille store, in which case you won't have to pay a return fee. The purchase price will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after return. Please note that this means you will not receive the purchase price back directly in-store. Find out more information about returns here.

  • Can I return in-store?

    Yes, you can return your order (in part or in full) at a Dille & Kamille store. Please indicate the reason for return the item(s) on the packing slip and give the packing slip to a member of staff. The purchase price will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after return. Please note that this means you will not receive the purchase price back directly in-store.

Business orders

  • I want to order for my company, can I get an invoice for my order?

    Yes. Choose "business" under order type in Step 1, then enter your VAT number. You will then be sent an invoice to the email address provided.

Cancel an order

  • Can I change/cancel my order?

    We start working on your order right away, meaning it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel an order. Your order can be returned (both as a return package or in-store) immediately upon receipt. Find out more information about returns here.
