This surprising combination of chocolate from Piedmont and the intense flavour of balsamic vinegar from Modena, aged for 12 years in oak barrels makes for a delicious, exceptional Italian delicacy. The truffles are made from dark chocolate and filled with a milk chocolate and balsamic vinegar cream. Delicious after a wonderful dinner with a cup of coffee or tea. Naturally, also makes a delightful present for gourmets!
Ingredients: milk chocolate 40% (cocoa min. 31%, sugar, cacao butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavour), dark chocolate 28% (cocoa min. 50%, cocoa mass, sugar, cacao butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavour), semi-skimmed milk, balsamic vinegar of Modena 6% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), sugar, vanilla flavour, invert sugar, dextrose, eggs, wheat flour, aroma.
Contains sulphites.
May contain traces of hazelnuts, pistachios, and almonds.
