Box grater, extra sharp, stainless steel

This grater is cut with a special laser technique to make the blades on its sides extra sharp. The small holes are particularly suitable for hard cheeses such as Pecorino or Parmiggiano. The grater is also suitable for cucumber, carrot, cabbage, lemon/lime zest and ginger.

The large holes are for coarser grating or slicing, such as for chocolate, apple or garlic.

Made from stainless steel, dishwasher-safe. Dimensions: approx 17 x 8.5 x 6 cm.
