Baking mix for speculaas, organic, 500 grams

Bake your own speculaas with this delicious mix from Windmill 'De Vlijt' in Wageningen (NL).

Ingredients: wheat flour*, cane sugar*, spices* (cinnamon*, cloves*, nutmeg*), raising agents (E341i, E500), salt.
*From verified organic cultivation.

Produced in a facility that processes the following products: Egg, gluten-containing grains, lupine, milk, mustard, nuts, celery, sesame seed, soy, sulphite.

Store in a cool and dry place.

Preparation: Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Form into a ball and, well covered, leave it to rest overnight in the refrigerator. Press the dough into a floured speculaas board or roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thickness and cut out the speculaas with a cookie cutter. Place the speculoos slightly apart on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180ËšC for 10-15 min.
