Baking mat with size indicator, silicone

This baking mat is a great alternative to disposable baking paper. The mat is ideal for kneading and rolling out dough and of course for baking cookies, meringue, bread etc. in the oven. The mat does not stick or slide. After use, rinsing under the warm tap is usually sufficient but the baking mat can also be put in the dishwasher.

The handy size indicator on the baking mat allows you to immediately cut the dough into the right diameter or length. When cutting, be sure not to damage the mat. Also included on the baking mat are a conversion chart for oven temperatures and capacity measurements. Handy if you bake a lot!
