Apple peeler/slicer, stainless steel

With this apple slicer (or œapple dream) you can peel apples, cut them into nice, even slices and remove the core in one simple step. Ideal for baking and preserving!

• The convenient suction base ensures stability
• Ideal if you want to peel and cut a lot of apples, for example for an apple pie or to make apple sauce.
• Dimensions: total length 25 cm, height 13 cm, ⌀ suction base 10 cm.

Instructions for use:

• Use a stable, smooth surface, e.g. a countertop or table.
• Screw the crank with the wooden handle in the right direction onto the device.
• Moisten the rubber suction base with some water, place the apple cutter on the surface and flip the vacuum lever. The base is now firmly planted on the surface.
• Pull the lever toward you to release the central shaft with the 3 pins.
• Now pull the axle with the crank with the wooden handle all the way back and press the bottom of the apple onto the pins.
• The small blade peels the apple. You can choose how thick you want to peel the apple by loosening the wing nut and pushing the peeler closer to or further from the apple. Then retighten the nut.
• The sharp round blade removes the core.
• Don't want to peel the apple, but just to slice it and remove the core? Then pull the small peeler back completely and secure it with latch at the base (on the package this is lever H).
• Now turn the crank with the wooden handle clockwise, pushing the apple past the 3 blades.
• The apple slicer cuts your apples into a beautiful spiral, without a core and peeled to your liking. You can now easily cut the apple spiral into whole or half slices:
• Carefully pull the apple off the skewers. Put the apple upright and cut it in half with a knife from top to bottom: you now have nicely even "half-moons".
• For whole slices, only cut the apple on one side.

Tip: Immediately sprinkle the apple slices with some lemon juice to prevent discolouring.

Caution! The blades for peeling, slicing and core removal are sharp!
