Round bamboo spoon for serving amuse-bouches. The back of the spoon is flattened to make sure it stays nice and flat. It can also be used as a scoop for loose tea, herbs, salt and sugar.
Bamboo is a sustainable material: this tropical grass grows again and again after harvesting. The material is also strong and lightweight. Bamboo has a smooth, dense structure: moisture, flavours and colours do not easily soak into it and it is easy to clean.
